Rutter’s brief masterpiece

John Rutter (1945- ), a distinguished English composer, composed “The Lord Bless You and Keep You.” It is one of his many, brief masterpieces of choral literature, performed here by the Westminster Abbey Choir in 2010 at a service to celebrate the 60th wedding anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.. The piece concludes with a gorgeous “Amen.”
